Terms and Conditions

PRICING POLICY

• All prices are shown in DKK or EURO.
• Prices include Danish VAT of 25% on orders to Europe.
• Prices exclude delivery charges.
• Orders may incur local taxes and/or import duties at your expense.

PAYMENT

• Acceptable payment methods: Credit card, Mobilepay, or bank transfer.
• Your order will not be charged until it’s shipped.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

• You’ll receive an order confirmation via email shortly after placing your order.
• Rarely, an item may be out of stock, and in such cases, you’ll be informed by email.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

• Orders dispatched within 2-5 working days of placement.

SHIPPING IN DENMARK

• Fee: A 15 € fee is added to cover postal fees.
• Danish orders delivered within 2-5 days from shipping confirmation.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

• Fee: A 40 € fee is added to cover postal fees.
• International orders delivered within 2-12 days from shipping confirmation.
• Orders not shipped during weekends and holidays.
• Possible delays during busy periods and public holidays.
• All4recycle not liable for shipping company delays or local customs issues.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

• Returns accepted within 14 days from receipt date.
• Enclosed return form required.
• Goods must be unused and in original condition with attached tags.
• Return shipping at your expense.
• Refunds processed upon receiving and accepting returned goods.

COMPLAINTS

• Consumer complaints can be directed to the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

• Not guaranteed that all products on the All4recycle shop are in stock when you place your order.
• Lack of storage or misleading information affecting your order will prompt contact for revision or cancellation.

PRE-ORDERS

• Payment charged for pre-orders upon order processing.
• Dispatch after full payment received.
• Limited availability may require a 50% deposit fee; failure to pay cancels the order.
• Remaining 50% charged upon shipping.
• Orders can be canceled anytime with full deposit return if applicable.

GUARANTEE

• Products covered by Danish Sale of Goods for 24 months.
• Exclusions: Defects due to improper use, faulty maintenance, or general wear.
• Contact info@all4recycle.com for complaints or missing deliveries, including order number, images, and description.

PRIVACY POLICY

• Personal information stored in connection with website use treated with care.
• Stored information not sold or used for any purpose except improving service.
• No payment information kept in the database for security reasons.
