Terms and conditions

1.    General Terms

1.1 These general terms of sale and delivery (“Terms”) apply solely to transactions made via the All4Recycle webshop. By placing an order on our Webshop, the Buyer accepts these Terms as binding for all current and future Webshop purchases.

1.2 For products not regularly kept in stock, custom-manufactured items, or products procured specifically for the Buyer through the Webshop, All4Recycle’s obligations are limited to the warranties and terms obtained from its suppliers. All4Recycle assumes no additional responsibility beyond what is guaranteed by the supplier in such cases.

1.3 These Terms do not apply when All4Recycle acts solely as an intermediary (agent) for third-party suppliers, including but not limited to specialized recycling equipment sourced directly from external manufacturers. In such cases, the transaction will be governed by the terms of the direct supplier, and All4Recycle shall not be held liable for the supplier’s obligations.

1.4 Any deviations from these Terms must be explicitly agreed upon in writing. No other conditions or terms provided by the Buyer, whether stated in orders or other documentation, shall apply unless confirmed in writing by All4Recycle.

2.    Pricing Policy
All prices are listed in EURO. Prices include Danish VAT (25%) for orders within the EU but exclude delivery charges, duties, and local import taxes, which remain the Buyer’s responsibility. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders placed on the Webshop will retain the agreed price at the time of purchase.

3.    Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods for Webshop orders include Credit Card (for immediate payment) or Bank Transfer if the shipping cost are not available on the webshop. Webshop orders require full payment at checkout in general. Orders made via the Webshop are subject to a payment processing system that ensures secure transactions. Ownership of goods remains with All4Recycle until full payment is received. 

All card transactions made through the Webshop are free of charge, and no additional fees are applied for payments made with credit or debit cards.

4.    Order Confirmation
After placing an order on the Webshop, an email confirmation will be sent to the Buyer. If an item is out of stock, the Buyer will be contacted for alternative solutions or offered the option to cancel. Orders placed on the Webshop are subject to availability, and All4Recycle reserves the right to modify stock availability without prior notice.

5.    Shipping and Handling

5.1 Shipping in Denmark
Orders placed through the Webshop typically dispatch within 2-5 working days after confirmation. Delivery is expected within 2-5 business days from shipping confirmation.

5.2 International Shipping
For Webshop orders shipped internationally, delivery is expected within 2-12 business days from shipping confirmation, subject to customs clearance. The Buyer is responsible for import duties, tariffs, and taxes. Customs-related delays are beyond All4Recycle’s control.

6.    Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving goods for Webshop orders, provided the products are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all documentation. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving approved returns.

6.1 Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or special-order products placed via the Webshop are not eligible for return. Used or damaged items unless found defective upon delivery cannot be returned.

7.    Cancellations and Modifications
Orders placed via the Webshop can be canceled or modified before dispatch. Pre-orders made through the Webshop can be canceled at any time, with a full refund of the deposit if applicable. Orders canceled after dispatch fall under the standard return policy.

8.    Warranty and Liability
Products purchased via the Webshop are covered under a 24-month warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This warranty excludes damage due to improper use, installation, or maintenance, normal wear and tear, and modifications made by the Buyer. For any defects, the Buyer should contact info@all4recycle.com with order details, images, and a description of the issue.

8.1 Limitation of Liability
All4Recycle is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, operational downtime, or third-party claims. Liability for Webshop orders will not exceed the total order value.

8.2 Limitation of Use
Products purchased via the Webshop are intended solely for their designated purpose. All4Recycle accepts no responsibility for damages arising from misuse or unintended use.

8.3 Indemnification
The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless All4Recycle from any third-party claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from misuse or unauthorized modifications of products.

9.    Force Majeure
All4Recycle is not liable for non-performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, government actions, or other unforeseen events. If the force majeure event exceeds six months, either party may cancel the unfulfilled part of the contract without liability.

10.    Intellectual Property
All4Recycle retains all intellectual property rights related to its products, branding, and website content. No content on the Webshop may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent.

11.    Data Protection and Privacy
All personal data collected through the Webshop is processed in compliance with GDPR regulations. Payment details for Webshop orders are not stored. Customer data will not be sold or shared with third parties unless necessary to fulfill Webshop orders.

12.    Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information exchanged during business transactions unless disclosure is required by law.

13.    Severability
If any clause of these terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

14.    Amendments
All4Recycle reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Changes will not apply to orders confirmed before the amendment date.

15.    Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes related to Webshop orders will be resolved in the Danish Court unless otherwise agreed. For cross-border complaints, the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform may be used.
